The "Retreat and Rebuild" program is for Black women

who are seeking a necessary space to prioritize their well-being

We’re community-driven initiative offering free wellness retreats and life coaching to Black women. ​ Providing accessible and affordable self-care options for Black women, addressing systemic challenges they face.

 

At Retreat & Rebuild, we're all about empowering you to take charge of your wellness journey. That's why we're thrilled to announce that 10 incredible women will receive a $500 sponsorship to embark on a retreat experience of their own choice! ​

 

From serene mountains to tranquil beaches, from mindfulness retreats to adventure getaways, the possibilities are endless. This sponsorship is your ticket to self-discovery, rejuvenation, and healing in a setting that resonates with your soul.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Identify as
a Black woman

Over 18 years old

Reside in King County

An interest in wellness, life coaching, and a desire to better their community

Retreat Experiences

Explore the beautiful retreat location we partner with. The Cloud Mountain Retreat Center’s serene environment provides the perfect backdrop for healing and growth. Thanks to their matching funds we are able to send black women to their space.

Trauma-Informed Care

For many Black women, trauma is a part of their journey, underscoring the importance of trauma-informed care. Together, let's champion accessible, compassionate mental health services.

Life Coaching
